Job summary

BD is seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Activation Manager to join our European Marketing Communications Center of Excellence. In Grenoble, this role partners with BU Marketing teams across Europe to plan, design, execute and monitor omnichannel campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

You will lead journey design, channel strategies and KPI frameworks, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure timely activation of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communications.
• +5 years’ experience in international digital marketing with omnichannel campaign design & management.
• Ability to translate objectives into audience, journey, KPI and measurement strategies.
• Strong hands-on experience using campaign data to optimize audiences, content and budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU Marketing teams to plan and orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel campaigns.
• Monitor, measure and continuously improve omnichannel campaigns for business impact.
• Plan campaigns by reviewing briefs for objectives, audience, behavior change, timing and budget.
• Lead media strategy and define channel roles, journeys and touchpoints.
• Oversee campaign execution status and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Track planned vs actual media investment and flag variances.
• Report progress to Omnichannel Marketing Activation Senior Manager and stakeholders.
• Lead communications on campaign readiness and launches.
• Establish KPI and tracking framework at campaign, wave, channel and touchpoint levels.
• Lead cross-channel performance reviews and optimize audiences, content and budget.
