Skello is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with business units, owning advanced analytics, KPI design and scalable Looker dashboards. You will work with the data team to maintain ETL pipelines using dbt and Snowflake and mentor junior analysts.

This role combines hands-on analytics with strategic collaboration across SaaS functions, and offers central offices in Paris and Lille along with a flexible remote work policy.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably SaaS B2B or scale-ups.
• Proven experience supporting multiple business functions.
• Technical leadership, mentoring without direct management.
• Advanced SQL skills with performance tuning.
• Production dbt experience – modelling, documentation and testing.
• Looker LookML expertise; or strong Tableau/Metabase/Lightdash background.
• Familiarity with modern data stack (Airflow, Airbyte, Snowflake).
• Interest or experience with AI-augmented data tools.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Business Partnering & Advanced Analytics: trusted data partner, KPI design, scalable dashboards on Looker.
• Data Pipeline Modeling & Optimization: maintain and evolve ETL with dbt and Snowflake; design/refactor data models; collaborate with engineering.
• Mentoring, Excellence & Innovation: coach junior analysts; explore AI-augmented data tools to boost productivity.
