Voodoo, Paris-based gaming and app publisher, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to accelerate growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on predicting campaign LTV, monetization optimization, and time-series forecasting to inform strategy.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data analysis, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience building Tableau dashboards. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Paris office and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficient with SQL and/or Python; able to work with large data sets.
• Autonomous with strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics.
• Excellent verbal & written communication abilities.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and monitor data models & dashboards to track business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business needs and apply appropriate statistical models.
• Document results and provide onboarding and training for teams to use data insights.
• Establish data quality processes to ensure reliability of ML models.
• Promote data literacy and serve as the data contact for inquiries and support.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Work with central data team to source additional data and improve data practices.
