Job summary

Botify in Paris is seeking a Support Engineer (SaaS) to uphold customer happiness by solving technical requests and providing timely follow-up. You will handle requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services, contributing to process and tooling improvements.

You will work with LogAnalyzer, RealKeywords, SiteCrawler, and other Botify products, on onboarding, incident handling, and proactive monitoring in a technically rich environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Application Support experience within a SaaS environment.
• Technical background with Linux, Python, web, JS, SQL.
• French and English proficiency are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Help the Client Experience team with technical issues related to Botify products.
• Investigate data issues and provide precise resolutions to customers.
• Set up technical onboarding, including scripting.
• Communicate progress to customers and coordinate with Engineering.
• Monitor customer workflows within the application.
• Ensure reports are generated and correct data incidents.
• Trigger and supervise release management with Engineering.
• Act as Incident Commander during large incidents.
