Botify is seeking a strategic, results-driven SEO Success Manager in Paris to engage and enable customers to deploy and utilize the Botify Platform for business outcomes. You will own the post-sales lifecycle from onboarding to project execution, driving project success, retention, and renewal by delivering value from Botify insights and recommendations.

This role requires deep technical SEO knowledge for enterprise e-commerce, exceptional problem-solving, and a passion for outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house SEO for a medium to large website or at an agency.
• Strong understanding of search engines' crawling behavior and impact on traffic and revenue.
• Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Background in project management is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with both technical and business staff.
• Comfortable with technical concepts and learning new technology applications.

Responsabilités

• Client onboarding and training to understand SEO strategy and build a success plan using Botify platform.
• Platform configuration including crawl/render settings, reports, and business logic.
• Platform support as primary technical contact; troubleshoot with the support team.
• Provide strategic guidance to maximize Botify product value with SEO best practices.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and provide user guides and training materials.
• Ad hoc customer support across the Global Services team to triage tickets to resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Provide feedback to Product Team with feature requests and enhancements.
