Edenred Digitalcenter in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a Rollout Transformation Lead to drive successful transformation and adoption of the Edenred+ ecosystem across Business Units. The role focuses on ensuring operational readiness and sustainable autonomy post-rollout.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, or rollout delivery, with a Master's degree in a related field. Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, or rollout delivery.
• Additional certifications in change management, project management, or process excellence are a plus.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead BU transformation activities during rollout phases.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate them into actionable plans.
• Ensure effective execution of training and upskilling initiatives.

Experience in multi-country environment

Knowledge of Agile / Safe methodology
