Photoroom is seeking a seasoned People Operations & People Partner Consultant to strengthen and scale our People function during a growth phase. You will work directly with our VP People, splitting time between operational excellence and strategic partnering, improving HR systems, processes, documentation and manager enablement as we prepare for the next stage of our journey.

In this role you will drive transformation, build scalable foundations, and lead strategic projects across compensation,

Qualifications

7+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles, ideally in fast-growing startups.
Strong operational and project management skills.
Experience evaluating, implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms and People technology.
Knowledge of European employment practices and French employment law is a plus.
Structured, proactive and solutions-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Drive our People Operations transformation by assessing and optimizing our People technology stack, including HRIS and vendor evaluation.
Build scalable People foundations by documenting and improving core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Lead strategic People projects, including leveling and compensation framework, salary bands, and hybrid working model.
Improve documentation, automation and operational efficiency through Notion and AI-enabled workflows.
Partner with managers and the wider People team to embed best practices across the business.
