You will build strong, long-term partnerships, connect operational topics to business impact, and define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis. Deliver customer excellence and help shape product and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles, logistics, fulfilment, ecommerce or related industry.
• Native-level French and professional English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach with ability to present actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term partnerships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts and connect service, cost and performance to business impact.
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver customer excellence and support merchants in day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services.
• Monitor feedback and performance trends and translate into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to product and operational improvements from merchant insights and market trends.
