Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Front Office Market Specialist in Paris to connect client needs with Nasdaq solutions. You will lead presales activities, qualify opportunities, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide go-to-market efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementations while shaping differentiators and roadmaps. The role requires strong communication, business-technical translation, and experience with front-office platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and client workshops.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in front-office solutions, presales, consulting, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets.
• Understanding of sell-side activities (investment banking, trading, risk management, position management).
• Experience with Calypso, Murex, Kondor, Quantum or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand and clarify functional and technical requirements.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops.
• Lead PoC delivery, including solution configuration and data integration.
• Complete RFI/RFP questionnaires and support high-quality proposals.
• Provide technical expertise and solution positioning to bids and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management to share market insights and influence roadmaps.
• Support go-to-market initiatives to strengthen product positioning.
• Handover to implementation teams with client requirements and decisions.
