QSRP France is seeking a Home Delivery Performance Manager to drive performance across brands and markets in the delivery space. You will establish reporting, KPIs, and a data-driven framework, turning complex data into actionable insights to accelerate growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with BI, IT, Commercial and Operations teams to optimize performance, strengthen partnerships with delivery platforms, and deliver scalable dashboards for sales reviews and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in food delivery, QSR, digital commerce or marketplace analytics.
• Experience with delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights for internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and business-oriented storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Own the home delivery performance framework and KPI governance.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting across company-owned and franchised restaurants.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with BI and IT teams to design and automate reporting solutions.
• Support commercial teams with analytical insights for business reviews and negotiations with delivery partners.
• Lead performance reviews with delivery partners to strengthen partnerships.
