Amazon is seeking a high-impact professional in France to join the Same Day, E2E Planning & CX Metrics team. You will help define delivery speed strategies across Europe and partner with software, analytics, and operations teams to accelerate speed and reliability for customers.

The role requires strong data fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into scalable pilots and business cases across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent.
• Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

• Define the overall delivery speed strategy across Europe.
• Launch pilots and build scale-up business cases with benefits and risks.
