QSRP is seeking a Home Delivery Performance Manager within the Digital Marketing team to drive performance across brands and markets. You will turn complex data into actionable insights to improve profitability and accelerate sales growth across company-owned and franchised restaurants.

Collaborate with BI, IT, Commercial and Operations to design dashboards, analyze customer journeys, and optimize platform marketing and partnerships for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in food delivery, QSR, digital commerce or marketplace analytics.
• Experience with delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the home delivery performance framework and KPI governance.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting across company-owned and franchised restaurants.
• Analyse performance to identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with BI and IT teams to design and automate reporting solutions.
• Support commercial teams with analytical insights for business reviews and negotiations with delivery partners.
• Lead performance reviews with delivery partners and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with brands marketing departments to adjust plans based on performance.
