Back Market is seeking a curious, organized and proactive Product & Business Operations Apprentice to join our Partnerships team in Bordeaux. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Business Operations, Partnerships, Analytics and Commercial Operations, helping scale operating models and documenting requirements.

You will monitor dashboards, support launches, coordinate QA, and contribute to experiments while onboarding new partners and researching new opportunities.

Qualifications

• enrolled in a French higher-education programme including an apprenticeship contract.
• multi-year apprenticeship in product management, business operations, partnerships, analytics or related field.
• fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• organized, rigorous and able to manage several topics simultaneously.
• enjoys data, spreadsheets and recurring reports and can identify trends.
• takes ownership and communicates clearly with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Monitor partnership health with dashboards and customer journeys.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting requirements and coordinating delivery.
• Coordinate launch and QA activities and update test plans.
• Support business operations with reporting, analysis and invoicing reconciliation.
• Onboard new partners and research potential collaborators.
• Contribute to new partnership projects and automate recurring processes.
