Back Market in Paris is seeking a passionate and motivated Product Manager Apprentice to join our Customer Journey Team. You will help improve our checkout funnel on web and app by running AB tests and crafting detailed specs for developers.

Collaborating with PMs, Operations, Engineering, Content and Design, you will ensure features are user-centered, measurable, and adopted across multiple teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for product management with a user-centric focus.
• Strong analytical and methodological approach.
• Clear, precise communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and rigorous with teamwork.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Nice to have experience with software development teams, Agile, UX or AB testing.

Responsabilités

• Support product development across the lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development and launch.
• Write detailed specs and user stories; oversee feature delivery with IT engineers and QA.
• Autonomously run AB tests to optimize conversion from product page to checkout.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and marketing to prioritize features and ensure adoption.
• Monitor feature performance and measure impact post-launch.
