With a strong statistical background, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, collaborate with data teams, and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics with actionable recommendations and measurable impact.
• Business-minded: translate analysis into high-impact recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Familiar with at least one data visualization tool.
• Proactive and eager to grow and learn.
• Able to independently manage analytical projects from discovery to delivery.
• Agile and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with another programming language.
• Familiar with Git and version control concepts.
