Back Market in Paris, France is seeking a passionate Product Manager Apprentice to join the Customer Journey Team in the Checkout Squad. You will improve the shopping funnel on web and app, running AB tests to uncover impactful features.

You’ll work with PMs, Operations, Engineering, Content and Design to drive initiatives that add value for customers and sellers. You will support development across the lifecycle, write specs, oversee delivery with IT, and monitor feature performance

Qualifications

• Interest in product management with user-centered thinking.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach.
• Effective and precise communication abilities.
• Curiosity, proactivity, resourcefulness, and rigor.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in an international team.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and UX or AB testing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Product Development across the lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, and launch.
• Write detailed specifications and user stories; oversee feature implementation with IT engineers and QA.
• Autonomously run AB tests to optimize conversion from product page to checkout.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and marketing to prioritize feature requests and drive adoption.
• Monitor performance; estimate impact and follow up results post-launch.
