Back Market is seeking a data analytics intern for the Customer Care team in Bordeaux. You will support operations for the Customer Care, Shipping & Seller Quality teams, using data to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and shipping performance.

You’ll work with SQL, Tableau and Google Sheets, update dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. The role starts January 2027 for 6 months and is a full-time internship in Bordeaux, France.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or STEM with a data/analytics focus.
• Strong data analytics, visualization and modeling skills with SQL and Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Autonomy and teamwork; eager to contribute to data models.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus; internship agreement from your university.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and shipping performance using diverse datasets.
• Conduct focused analyses on customer experience initiatives and how decisions impact performance.
• Assist with data requests and stakeholder reporting (KPIs, reports).
• Maintain Tableau dashboards; update SQL, Google Sheets, and related reports.
• Develop data analysis skills and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to enable self-service for stakeholders.
• Develop use of LLMs & AI to capture customer voice and improve service.
