Red Hat, based in Puteaux, France, seeks an OpenShift Sales Specialist to drive hybrid cloud proposals for enterprise customers in Île-de-France. You will collaborate with account teams, solution architects, and services to identify opportunities, lead account plans, and progress deals while building long-term partnerships with executives.

The role requires a strong solutions sales mindset, deep hybrid cloud knowledge, and fluency in English and French, with experience presenting to C-level

Qualifications

• Solutions sales mentality with ownership in a multi-offering environment.
• Experience in solutions sales focusing on modern hybrid cloud technology and DevOps.
• Experience in sales related to Generative AI, MLOPS and inference topics.
• Knowledge of major industrial sectors and market dynamics.
• Excellent product and technical understanding.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into tech requirements and business value.
• Proven ability to present to C-level executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Identify and lead opportunities in existing accounts and new logos across markets.
• Contribute to account plans and strategic plans.
• Prepare and participate in direct customer sales meetings.
• Help progress and close deals.
• Provide support along sales cycles with best practices and reference selling.
• Serve as trusted advisor and develop strategic relationships within key accounts.
• Develop and deliver strategies to connect solutions with business needs and transformation journeys.
• Engage with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Services to ensure excellent customer experience.
