Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in a global, hybrid role. You will partner with senior leaders, manage the CHRO’s complex agenda and ensure seamless executive operations across the HR function.

The position requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills and senior-stakeholder collaboration. Fluency in English and French is essential, with experience in international environments highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-level executives in an international environment.
• Experience working in complex, matrix organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Copilot).
• Experience with SAP and related business processes.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience supporting HR leaders or working within a Human Resources environment.
• Exposure to executive committees, boards or senior governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the CHRO.
• Manage a complex and constantly evolving executive agenda.
• Anticipate priorities and enable effective decision making.
• Coordinate international travel and executive logistics.
• Prepare presentations, communications, briefing materials and key meetings.
• Coordinate activities across the global HR leadership team.
• Foster connections across HR teams and ensure confidentiality.
