Cainiao Group in Paris, Île-de-France, is seeking an HR professional to manage outsourcing labor vendors and oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR strategy alignment with warehouse leadership.

The role emphasizes performance management, strong negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in English, French, and Mandarin is required, with experience in logistics HR highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred.
• Familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and strong negotiation skills.
• HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and relevant management tools.
• Fluency in English, French and Mandarin Chinese required.

Responsabilités

• Outsource labor vendor management: sourcing, markup reviews, negotiations, time & attendance, bill review and processing.
• Talent acquisition & onboarding for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
• Align HR strategy with warehouse leadership goals and objectives.
• Participate in performance management, objective setting, and recognizing high performers.

Job Description:

1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management：Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).

2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding：Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.

3、HR Strategy Alignment：Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

4、Performance Management：Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.

Job requirements:

2、Work Experience：Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.

3、HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).
