Lightspeed is seeking a French-speaking Product Adoption Strategist to join our EMEA team in Paris. You will own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for a specific feature or market, designing sessions, facilitating workshops, and tracking performance to accelerate value realization.

You’ll translate product features into business outcomes, develop interactive coaching playbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer journeys with product priorities and merchant needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Product Training, Consultative Customer Enablement, Implementation Consultant, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Be fluent in English and professionally proficient in French or German.
• Experience translating product features into business outcomes and developing interactive workshops or coaching programs that solve customer friction points.
• Experience gathering qualitative customer feedback from live interactions and turning it into actionable recommendations for product, onboarding, or adoption improvements.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to teach complex workflows in a simple, consultative way.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for a specific feature or market, including strategy, session design, facilitation, follow-up, and performance for 1-to-many and 1-to-1 programs.
• Identify underutilised product areas and customer segments and translate adoption opportunities into scalable human-led initiatives such as clinics, masterclasses, and peer roundtables to supplement tech driven journeys.
• Build proactive repeatable coaching playbooks for high-value or at-risk accounts with low feature penetration, delivering targeted and consultative optimisation support.
• Conduct live qualitative deep-dives to understand the psychological or workflow barriers to adoption and map those insights back to core customer personas.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account management to create a cross functional customer journey that aligns with product priorities, merchant needs, and operational realities.
