Lightspeed Commerce seeks a Product Adoption Strategist in Paris to own adoption strategy, hypotheses, experiments and scalable digital campaigns that boost feature penetration across the customer journey.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account Management to create cross-functional journeys that align with product priorities and merchant needs, while optimizing digital collateral and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Digital Customer Success, Growth or Customer Marketing in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience using usage data to identify adoption gaps and drive behavior change.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms & marketing automation tools.
• Experience refining digital content that explains workflows clearly.
• Strategic mindset to identify adoption gaps and design scalable responses.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven prioritization.
• Excellent collaboration with product, content and program leads.

Responsabilités

• Identify underutilised product areas and translate opportunities into automated digital campaigns.
• Own end-to-end adoption campaigns for a feature or market with strategy, experiments, and implementation.
• Design customer journey architecture per program with segmentation, triggers, and channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account Management.
• Optimize digital collateral, in-app guidance, and nurture sequences for adoption programs.
• Configure and optimize ChurnZero, Fin, and Heap for tech-touch journeys with internal teams.
• Monitor campaign analytics, activation, stickiness, and channel effectiveness; iterate for improvement.
