Kaluza is seeking a Learning & Adoption Specialist to bridge our innovative software with users in the French market and French-speaking regions. You will design and deliver high-quality training in French and English, via workshops, e-learning, and quick guides, delivered virtually or in-person.

You will drive adoption, coach users after training, and iterate programs based on feedback to accelerate the platform's impact across our customers and energy partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in French and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proven SaaS training design and delivery experience.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic training partnerships with clients and internal teams.
• Create and deliver engaging training materials in French and English.
• Deliver sessions virtually and in person and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
