Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Product Discovery for the French market to define, structure and run discovery activities, including interviews, observations, workshops and desk research. You will translate regulatory constraints into valuable features and own certification processes for the French market.

You will participate in cross-functional discovery ceremonies, helping teams start delivery autonomously. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, defining success metrics and sharing knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience with user interviews, field observations, co-design workshops and desk research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Proven ability to analyse French regulatory frameworks and translate constraints into product value.
• Experience coordinating certification, accreditation and regulatory listings for the French market.
• Strong written and verbal communication across English and French.
