Qualifications

• Degree qualified with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills.
• Experience of product management and customer journeys.
• Solid understanding of technology and related trends.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision and strategy with Kraken teams and client counterparts.
• Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product.
• Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability.
• Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
• Support the engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Managing the relationship with client counterparts as the first contact for tech development and issue resolution.
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the development domains.
• Ensure we continuously adapt to customer and business needs.
