Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to guide transformational programs across client organizations. You will lead consultative activities, align operations with the BOT migration framework, and mentor both client teams and Kraken staff to ensure sustainable success.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, complex program management, and a deep understanding of Kraken products, migrations, and services, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Lead client interactions through the BOT program lifecycle, guiding ownership.
• Mentor OTO and internal teams to scale the transformation.
• Collaborate with HR, Data, Marketing and Tech to meet client expectations.
• Ensure successful migrations in lockstep with Kraken teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and agile, customer-centric delivery.
