Mondelēz International is hiring for a Health, Safety & Environment focused role in France. You will lead the plant's cultural transformation toward Zero incidents, coordinate HSE programs, and participate in investigations to resolve non-conformances.

You will provide HSE expertise for new projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive corrective actions with the HSE team. The role requires experience in EHS, formal training in OSHA/EPA/DNREC, and strong communication skills to collaborate

Competenze

• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Completed EHS training (OSHA, EPA, DNREC).
• Experience with safety/environmental technical standards.
• Good written and verbal communication, ability to work with all levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory reports and ISO compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead the cultural transformation toward Zero incidents.
• Coordinate and oversee Health & Safety programs and processes.
• Participate in investigations to close non-conformances.
• Provide HSE expertise for new projects and change management.
• Follow up on non-conformances and drive root-cause analysis.
