Prysmian Group is seeking an HSE Coordinator to manage health, safety and environment activities across France, Ivory Coast, Belgium and Tunisia. You will define and implement HSE programs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with local teams and the European HSE group. Travel will be regular to supporting locations and audits.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar position, strong stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to DE&I and safety culture across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE coordinator role.
• Proven ability to implement and monitor HSE systems and processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in defining cluster/country HSE management system goals and plans.
• Implement and support HSE projects, risk reduction, and SOP harmonization.
• Monitor KPI performance, audits, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Develop HSE training, weekly toolbox talks, and awareness activities.
