Job summary

Solvay Group in France seeks an HSE Engineer to strengthen safety performance and industrial risk management within the Industrial Operations team. You will lead risk prevention, investigations, audits, and compliance actions, and deploy the Industrial Safety Plan while fostering a strong safety culture on site.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering to integrate safety into projects and digital HSE initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or industrial risk management.
• Experience in HSE management within industrial settings.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methods (HAZOP, FMEA) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive HSE strategy, monitor performance, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Lead risk prevention, incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering to integrate safety into projects.
• Support contractor safety management and governance.
