Jobtailor is seeking an HSE professional to lead the site Health, Safety, and Environment program in Cambrai, France. You will define the HSE vision, develop the local team, and align strategy with global directions while ensuring regulatory and Mars standards are met.

You will manage HSE systems, lead incident investigations, and drive data-driven actions to improve safety and environment performance, collaborating with health, security, and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Engineer with 2–3 years in Safety or Environment.
• Specialization in Safety / Environment / Quality / Risk.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in Safety/Environment/Quality.
• Experience in HSE systems, procedures, audits and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the HSE vision of the site and embed a zero-incident culture.
• Lead and develop the local HSE team and act as the site HSE expert.
• Build, communicate and monitor the site HSE strategy and annual plans, aligned with global and regional directions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Mars corporate standards.
• Implement and maintain HSE management systems, procedures and policies.
• Lead incident response, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Use a data-driven approach to prioritize actions and influence site leadership.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health & Wellness teams for injury case management.
• Own and execute site security requirements.
• Manage risk management activities, asset conservation and property loss control.
• Drive timely actions following third-party audits and risk assessments.
• Act as a member of the Factory Management Team and regional HSE community.
