Job summary

Mondelēz International in France seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional to lead plant-wide EHS programs, promote a culture of zero incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will partner with site leadership to implement procedures, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

You will conduct incident investigations, manage hazards, support ISO-related reporting, and deliver technical guidance for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety leadership.
• Completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC.
• Experience with safety and environmental technical standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory reports and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Health & Safety programs across the plant.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions with root cause analysis.
• Support change management and safety projects.
• Maintain up-to-date incident reporting and risk assessments.
• Provide EHS technical guidance for new projects.
