yassir.com is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations, partnering with HR, IT, Payroll and Finance to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. You will manage requirements, data migration, testing, change management, stakeholder engagement and governance, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong HR process background, PM methodologies, and proven success delivering HR technology programs in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Led at least one full HRIS implementation cycle.
• Deep understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance).
• Experience integrating HRIS with Payroll, Identity Management, ATS or ERP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HRIS projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate data migration, testing (UAT), and production deployment.
