Sonepar Canada, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Project Manager to shape, deliver, and continuously improve the Group's HR digital ecosystem.

You will lead HRIS transformation initiatives, partnering with HR, IT, and external partners to translate business challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance employee experience and data quality. You will drive change management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and lasting business value across regions in

Qualifications

Experience leading HRIS projects and transformations.
Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Responsabilités

Lead HRIS projects from requirements to design, testing, deployment and adoption.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and regional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, risks, budget, and governance.
Drive user-centric design and change management to maximize adoption.
Contribute to HRIS roadmap and promote best practices across regions.
