Yassir is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementation and optimization. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver HR technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
