Ekimetrics is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead a major HRIS implementation, coordinating HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders through design, build, and RUN phases. You will manage integrator work, ensure data migration quality, and drive change management across the organization.

The role requires 5–7 years of HRIS project leadership experience, with hands-on exposure to major HRIS platforms and complex cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS project management.
• Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation projects (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).
• Strong experience in managing external system integrators.
• Experience in HR transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead project framing (scope, roadmap, budget, governance).
• Build and manage detailed project plans and governance bodies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across HR, IT and Finance.
• Supervise integrator deliverables (design, configuration, testing, data migration).
• Oversee design, testing, deployment, and RUN preparation.
