Job summary

Yassir is seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations across multiple locations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Admin/HR/IS/CS/PM)
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Gather and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate data migration, system integrations, testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Support change management and training activities for successful adoption.
• Prepare executive-level project reports and maintain governance artifacts.
