L’Oréal is offering a 6-month internship starting January 2027 for HRBP Junior & Labor Relations. The program invites Master’s students in HR or Employment Law to gain hands-on experience across social dialogue, elections, reporting, and HR processes within an international, beauty leader environment.

You will oversee a community of interns, participate in recruitment for bachelor-level positions, and contribute to HR communications and KPI tracking, in a hybrid Paris-based setting.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Master’s degree in HR / Employment Law.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum).
• Interest in HR topics and proactive contribution.

Responsabilités

• Social Relations: support in preparing and running staff bodies and elections.
• HR Generalist: manage intern community and HR milestones.
