L’Oréal Groupe is seeking a 6-month intern for 2026/07 to join the Advanced Research team in Research & Innovation. You will contribute to clinical research, environmental science, cellular biology, and project coordination across impactful projects, gaining exposure to multiple domains within a global beauty leader.

The program emphasizes scientific rigor, data-driven work, and collaboration in an international R&D environment, with a monthly stipend of €1,700.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program with a strong specialization in Biology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Ecotoxicology, or Project Management.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset and rigor in scientific or data-driven work.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, AI or data visualization tools is a plus depending on your area of interest.
• Enthusiasm for scientific research and/or project coordination in an international R&D environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in design, execution, and analysis of clinical or pre-clinical studies, including microbiological and biological data collection.
• Process and interpret complex biological and clinical datasets to support ongoing research programs.
• Contribute to ecotoxicology studies evaluating safety and environmental impact of ingredients and formulations.
• Support development and validation of in vitro biological models for evaluating active molecules.
• Assist in project planning, management, coordinating, and change management of a major project for the entity.
