L’Oréal Group in Paris offers a 6-month internship in Key Account Management starting January 2027 for Master 1 or Master 2 students. The role develops client portfolios, defines account plans, negotiates agreements, and analyzes performance with cross-functional collaboration.

Fluent in English and/or French, with strong Excel/PowerBI skills and CRM familiarity. Remuneration is €1,700 per month; remote option available (1 day/week) and 75% transport costs covered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in business/IA or university.
• Fluent in English and/or French.
• Strong analytical and software skills (Excel, PowerBI) with solid project management.
• Proficient in commercial negotiation, sales data analysis, and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Client Portfolio Development and Retention with strategic relationships.
• Account Plan Development and Execution to maximize turnover and market share.
• Negotiation and Monitoring of Commercial Agreements with purchasing centers.
• Performance Analysis and Market Intelligence via KPIs and competitive insight.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
