L’Oréal Groupe offers a 6-month internship starting January 2027 for an HRBP Junior & Labor Relations role in Paris. The position targets Master students, with a monthly stipend of €1,700.

You will gain exposure to social dialogue, HR generalist tasks, and talent acquisition support in an international setting. Ideal candidates pursue a Master’s in HR or Employment Law, are fluent in English, proactive, and possess strong communication skills with Canva/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR / Employment Law.
• Previous HR experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (C1) required.

Responsabilités

• Support social dialogue and staff representative bodies.
• Organize professional elections within PCI.
• Prepare regulatory reports to ensure compliance and drive social strategy.
• Coordinate a community of interns/apprentices and onboarding.
• Support HR milestones and KPI tracking.
• Recruit Bac+3 and seasonal workers; assist HR communications.
