Pernod Ricard invites you to join our HR internship in Paris for a 6-month program starting January 4th or March 1st, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Analysis, and more in a dynamic, international environment.

Fluency in French and English, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset are valued. The role offers a flexible hybrid model and an engaging intern community with on-site perks in Paris.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a higher education degree and are looking for a gap-year or final-year internship in Human Resources.
• You ideally have some previous professional experience, for example through a first internship or work placement.
• You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
• You are organized, rigorous, structured, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people.
• You are a collaborative team player who is not afraid to take initiative and share your ideas.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll administration and HR processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to end-to-end recruitment activities, talent attraction strategies, and candidate engagement projects for France.
• Support HR transformation initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and project coordination.
• Contribute to global employee engagement projects, onboarding programs and global talent attraction initiatives.
• Support the deployment of Pernod Ricard's global HR reporting process by coordinating data collection, data quality, and CSRD compliance initiatives.
• Participate in communication and inclusion projects aimed at creating an engaging and accessible workplace for all employees.
