The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, and a Master's degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of HRIS is essential, alongside a user-oriented approach and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR transformation.
• Relevant experience in project coordination.
• Experience in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Map, document and maintain HR processes and operating procedures.
• Support deployment, adoption and improvement of HR tools.
• Provide functional support to HR users.
