Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Director of People & HR Technology in Paris to define the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the HR product line, including the transition to SuccessFactors.

You will lead a lean HR tech organization, manage one manager, and collaborate with HR leadership, regional IT, platform teams, enabling services, and external partners to deliver value and improve the employee experience.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise leadership.
• Strong experience in HR systems and processes, including core HR and talent capabilities.
• Experience leading large-scale HR transformation programs or platform transitions.
• Demonstrated people management experience and coaching.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and business value.
• Stakeholder relationship management across business and IT leadership.
• Strong understanding of agile methods, governance, and product lifecycle.
• Balance of strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in global and matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People/HR Technology Product Line aligned with HR strategy and enterprise tech direction.
• Lead the product line across Core HR Platforms / Core HR Operations; Talent, Employee Experience & SuccessFactors Transition.
• Evolve the HR product organization to align with roadmap toward SuccessFactors.
• Guide the manager responsible for Core HR Platforms / Core HR Operations; ensure alignment across priorities and plans.
• Translate business priorities into roadmaps, investments, and delivery plans; drive prioritization.
• Oversee product delivery, release planning, adoption readiness, and change coordination.
• Ensure measurable outcomes in employee experience, process effectiveness, and transformation readiness.
• Develop talent, coach leaders, and build product-oriented culture across HR tech scope.
