Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Paris is seeking a Tech User Experience Designer to lead the UX strategy across digital client development platforms, internal systems, and mobile apps, aligning design with business goals.

You will collaborate with IT, Digital, and Retail teams, mentor designers, run workshops and design sprints, apply human-centered methods, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital strategy.
• Proven experience mentoring UX/UI designers in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research methodologies, and design thinking.
• Strong knowledge of design tools and a solid understanding of front-end technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute a user-centric UX strategy across digital platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Digital, Retail) to align UX initiatives with business goals.
• Advocate for human-centered design and embed UX best practices across Tiffany’s digital ecosystems.
• Contribute to and support the maintenance of the Digital Design System and style guides.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs for stakeholders and developers.
• Plan and lead UX workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Use facilitation techniques to drive alignment, problem-solving, and co-creation.
• Engage stakeholders in user-centered methodologies, informed by research and insights.
• Present UX strategies, research findings, and design recommendations to executive leadership.
