Zusammenfassung

LVMH Beauty Tech is seeking an experienced HRIS Program Lead to drive the Hire to Retire domain across the Beauty Division. You will standardize HRIS processes and lead the CoreHR program with SAP SuccessFactors interfaced with PeopleDoc, Payroll, and ServiceNow.

You will coordinate HR and IT stakeholders, manage the HRIT roadmap, and oversee global HRIS projects across Maisons and regions. Fluency in English and French is required; 15+ years in HRIS is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting.
• Experience in large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional HR and IT teams across international environments.
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, HRIS integrations (Payrolls, ServiceNow, SuccesFactors).

• Lead the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program, interfaced with SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc.
• Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS Core Model.
• Coordinate between HRIS process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage the HR IT Roadmap & Strategic portfolio for the Maisons and the Beauty Division.
• Oversee HRIS projects from design through Run, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
• Develop Region Beauty Tech HR Teams and support Data Quality and change management.
