Bank of China Paris Branch is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR team. The role is ideal for recent graduates or those seeking their first professional experience.

You will assist in daily recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding, support recruitment activities and employee relations, organize training programs, and contribute to ad hoc HR projects under the Head of Human Resources. Strong bilingual French/Chinese and English skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Bilingual in French and Chinese, with a good command of English.
