Job summary

Danone offers a six-month internship starting January 2027 at its Paris/Rueil-Malmaison headquarters. You will analyze organizational data, build dashboards, and support transformation projects across global teams. English fluency is required; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with an interest in Power BI.

You will join the OD & Transformation team, gaining exposure to HR data, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with up to two days of remote work per week.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bac+4/5 in university, business school or engineering school.
Fluent in English; strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint and basic AI tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze organizational and people data and turn insights into decisions.
Build and present organization effectiveness KPIs, dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy across HR systems with country and functional contacts.
Contribute to transformation projects including change materials and templates.
Collaborate with global, regional and local teams across cultures.
