Danone is offering two internship positions at its headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison, starting January 2027, for a 6-month program in Finance Transformation. You will support end users, explore AI integration, and help communicate project progress while building Power BI dashboards and contributing to knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months.
• Bac+4/5 level in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Comfortable working in English, in an international environment.
• Curious and eager to learn about project management, controlling, and digital innovation in Finance.
• Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized.
• Able to communicate with people from diverse profiles.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, Teams, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support end users in Finance Controllers with daily usage of the new application.
• Assist with AI integration and define relevant use cases for the project.
• Define and implement the communication plan (presentations, videos, newsletters).
• Participate in activities for a large Finance Transformation program; translate requirements into digital solution specs, assist with UAT, and track progress.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to enhance financial data visibility, gather KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the RUN activities: Go/No-Go documentation, test execution, incident follow-up, and end-user feedback.
• Define indicators to monitor RUN phase incident management, usage, and adoption.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management: training materials, user guides, and business requirements documentation.
