Job summary

Danone in Paris is seeking a motivated HR Reporting & Data Governance Intern to join the People Insights & Data team starting January 2027 for six months. You will support dashboards, KPI definitions, and data quality initiatives under the HR Analytics Manager's guidance.

You'll gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, data governance, and change management while working on cross-functional projects and contributing to trusted HR data for decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Familiarity with HR processes and data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Analytics & Data Governance team in dashboards and KPI definitions.
• Support data governance initiatives to improve trust in HR data.
• Contribute to change management and documentation around KPI definitions.
