Quantis, a sustainability consultancy, invites you to join our Talent Operations team in Paris for a 6-month internship starting September 2026. You will support Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional HR projects, while coordinating staffing for consultants and interns in a hybrid work setup.

You’ll gain exposure to data quality, monthly reporting, and process improvements, collaborating with French Operations and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university, business or engineering school and hold a valid convention de stage.
• Priority given to students seeking end-of-studies internships (Stage de fin d’études).
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills are expected.

Responsabilités

• Support the annual performance review process: coordinate milestones and communications; follow up with employees and managers; prepare promotion templates and scorecards.
• Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns; maintain workload planning and staffing data.
• Perform data quality checks across Napta and NetSuite; contribute to monthly reporting and dashboards; ensure timesheet accuracy.
• Prepare weekly operational meetings and help coordinate monthly events; assist in organizing Career Development Committees; document processes and identify improvements.
